How can I select a conversion package?
Your conversion package selection is determined solely by the quantity of media (tapes, disks, or photos) you want digitized.
The information you provide in the Contact Form will determine which conversion package suits your needs.
Our conversion packages are similar to one another, however, each additional tier reflects discounted rates for conversions.
How can I make sure my media can be converted?
We specialize with the following media types for conversions:
Tapes:
VHS, VHS-C, Hi-8 and Standard 8mm, MiniDV.
Disks:
Major Standard DVDs, MiniDVD.
Photos:
Any standard print stock up to 5in x 7in for 600dpi resolution scans.

How will I receive my converted media?
You will receive one flash drive containing your digital files with any conversion package.
If desired, we offer up to three additional carbon copies (identical) flash drives, each containing your files on each flash drive.

Flash drives are small, accessible from your computer and TV, and are easy to transport. We recommend saving your digital files in multiple places, for maximizing the safety of your media.
How will my digital files be played and shared?
When you receive your flash drive containing your converted media files, simply plug the flash drive into your computer or TV.
You will navigate to the flash drive on your computer through the Finder, Files, or File Explorer to view your media.
You can also copy and paste your files anywhere they can be shared or uploaded. This includes, but is not limited to:
iCloud Drive, Apple Photos, Google Drive, Google Photos, Social Media websites, text messages, etc.
When can I expect my project to be completed?
We will spend the time deemed necessary to ensure the successful conversion of all your media. This will vary with the volume we handle at any given time.

How are media exceptions handled?
In any event of media sent for conversion being dysfunctional, blank, or corrupted, the unconverted media (tape, disk, photo) will be excepted, and you will not be charged.
You will keep the original conversion package terms, and we will make sure pricing is true to what digitized media we provide and return to you.
How can services be paid for?
We accept the following payment methods:

Note:
Services paid through Venmo are subject to PA sales tax.
Services paid through Cash or Bitcoin are exempt from additional sales tax.
