How will my Conversion Tier be determined?

Your conversion tier is determined solely by the quantity of media (tapes, disks, or photos) we transform into digital files.

 

The information you provide in the Contact Form will determine if your conversion project falls under one or multiple tiers.

Each additional Conversion Tier above Standard offers discounted rates for conversions.

Each Service which offers Tiers has a range of media items that reflect which prices will follow your conversion project.

Which media types are acceptable for conversion services?

We specialize in all of the following

media types for conversions:

Tapes:

VHS, VHS-C, Hi-8 and Standard 8mm, MiniDV.

Discs:

Major Standard DVDs, MiniDVD, CDs.

Photos:

Matte or Glossy Print stock up to 8in x 10in

for 600dpi resolution scans, options up to

1200dpi for select items.

How will I receive my converted media?

Included with any of our conversion services, you will receive 1 high-quality flash drive containing your converted media as digital files.


We offer options for up to three additional and identical flash drives.

Our flash drive hardware features manufacturer claims of being:

Water proof

X-ray proof

Temperature proof

Magnet proof

Shock proof

We recommend saving your digital files in multiple places, for maximizing the safety and longevity of your media.

How can my digital media files be played and shared?

Your media files will be formatted for accessibility.

 

Therefore, your media can be accessed on many different computers, tablets, smart phones, and smart TVs.

Files will be accessible through the Finder, Files, and/or File Explorer.

 

You are able to copy and paste your files anywhere they can be shared or uploaded.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

iCloud Drive, Apple Photos, Google Drive, Google Photos, Social Media websites, text messages, etc.!

When can I expect my conversion project to be completed?

With each and every unique conversion project, we spend the time deemed necessary to ensure all conversions occur safely and fully.

 

The conversion volume we handle at any given time can influence project duration and completion estimates.

 

At any point during our process, we can provide a progress update at your request.

How are media exceptions handled?

In any event of media sent for conversion being dysfunctional, blank, or corrupted, the unconverted media (tape, disk, photo) will be excepted from our services.

 

We will continue to provide fair pricing for your media conversions; true to what digitized media we provide and return to you.

How can services be paid for?

Accepted payments:

Venmo (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card)

Bitcoin​ (BTC Wallet Transfer)

Applicable taxes and fees will be shown clearly on your Invoice.
