   • All prices are listed on the “Services” section of our website and are subject to change without notice.

   • Prices do not include taxes or processing fees, which will be added to your total amount due on the final invoice for services.

   • All pricing of our services reflects fair use and accuracy to the services offered to you.

Media Content

1. Ownership and Rights

   • You retain ownership of any media content you submit for conversion.

   • By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to perform the requested conversion services.

   • We agree to return requested, submitted, and paid for services to you.

   • We agree to destroy any and all of your digital media used in our conversion process after payment is received and your content is returned to you. We may keep copies of your media in a secure server for 7 days, or until you contact us to confirm your serviced content is accessible as intended.

2. Prohibited Content

   • You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of third parties.

   • We reserve the right to refuse service for any content that we deem inappropriate.

3. Content Responsibility

   • You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your media content.

   • We take appropriate and practical measures to prevent loss or damage to your media content.

 

User Conduct
